Who We Are
Since 2003, The Academy's mission has been to produce a universal, fundamentally sound athlete that can be placed into any offense to be active & efficient. We teach only the proven & time-tested fundamentals that are required to excel as a skilled player. We don't practice until we get it right; we practice until we can't get it wrong.

Led by Head Coach Michael P. Frawley, the academy will provide each student with position-specific fundamentals essential to becoming a successful quarterback.

Leadership development is the focal point of our training. Whether it is your first year playing QB or you're the returning starter, we'll establish & enhance your leadership style. Our staff coaches & teaches the service-based leadership model. Our young men learn from their coaches, their peers, their hard work & above all, they learn from their mistakes. All of this accumulates into developing the necessary integrity for leadership. We've seen an invaluable transference of confidence in our athletes, which they've taken back into their homes, schools & their respective communities.
